Annuities and Life Insurance Policies Qualifying

Some life insurance policies and annuities may be considered a qualified long-term care policy if they provide certain long-term care benefits as a rider or part of the contract. 

You must be considered chronically ill under the same eligibility standards to receive long-term care benefits from a life insurance policy or annuity.
