Filing Your Personal Kansas Taxes Online

Last updated: March 29, 2016

The Kansas Department of Revenue Offers You Several Online Tax Services.

You can file your Kansas Individual Income tax for free here using KS WebFile. This allows you to directly deposit your refund into your bank account. If you owe anything, you can pay for it by electronic check or credit card. KS WebFile is your safe, secure, fast, free and paperless resource.

If you are filing a Homestead claim, you can do it for free here. All claim requirements must still be met and information verified.

There are also tax services that help you to file both your state and federal taxes at the same time. For those options click here. However, a majority of these options are not free options.

If you do not wish to use the electronic services, you can still turn in paper copies. The Kansas Department of Revenue, however, no longer distributes large quantities of paper documents but has instead made the forms available online, here.
